i have a delimma i called the dealer and gave him the vin no he ytold me the colour of my car is code 272
now is that metallic green or amazon green
is there a way to find that out

270 blue green (blaugrÃ¼n)
272 amazon green (amazonitgrÃ¼n)*
274 light green (hellgrÃ¼n)*
278 tundra green (tundragrÃ¼n)

i called another dealership he told me
272 is cyprus green

other dealer told me
272 is amazon green

another dealer told me
its metallic green

If you have a 2000 ML in metallic green like I do, then you have the cyprus green. I also gave the VIN to the dealer to get a tube of touch up paint and they told me it was called cyprus and the color matches my car perfectly.
