Probably not, at least not in the USA. In European set up you only need to have your parking lights (one click) to activate fogs. In the USA, regulation requires headlights on for fogs to turn on. I'm sure there are ways around this as some pre '02 models can do it. Mine doesn't! All that may be required is a trip to the dealership and hook up that computer.
