Need new all season tire recommendation: Good winter traction, good wet traction...
great handling during summer and moderate tread life. Any tire between $110-$140 would save me a little bit of money for my next mod [:D]
Need to replace my Dunlop SP5000 OEM tires due to damages on two tires caused by road hazard. Thanks all!

Most 'All Season' are not that great in winter which is why I
switched to an AT tire: Yokohama Geolandar AT+. Tis' H rated in my size, or close to my size, and has great snow/mud grip compared to AS tires. The small disadvantage is that they are designed for trucks and have a slightly higher road noise than AS tires. For my use, performance takes precedence over noise.

I'm getting Toyo Proxes S/Ts installed today based upon my tire guy's recommendation. I hear snow traction is not great, but everything else is first rate. He says ride quality should be noticeably improved over the Dunlops.

and paid close attention to favorable reviews from snow prone (CT, CO, Upstate NY, WA, IL) areas. I'll give up high speed performance over better performance on wet traction and snow traction.
I also looked into the Bridgestone Duelers only because it was equivalently priced as the Geo's. The reviews though were mostly from CA and TX, only a few from the Northeast where we get lots of snow and ice which btw, did not really fare well with them either.
I like the tread design on the Geo's. Do you have pics of them on your ML? What size wheels do you have?

I'll shoot some pics for you tonight on the Geolandar tires.
My size is 285/60/R18 little bit oversize.
I am very pleased with these tires. I had them on for 6000 miles now and it's very quiet compared to the BS Dueler I had. I am running 35psi at all four corners and I am very pleased with it. The only dislike I have is the sidewall pattern looks cheezy.
