I remember reading that there was a member who sold the transmission fluid dipstick on here -- does anyone have his information and how much he sells them for?

And this OIL filter might as well be welded on -- this damn guide makes it seem like pulling it off with your hands is easy

Went to advance auto to buy the filter removal tool/cup and I can't get it off! It just slips right out of the cup.

Phisiq, on my '98 ML320, the oil Filter cap comes right out with two hands (no serious effort is required). The only thing I can think of is that someone tightened the oil filter cap on your truck way too much.

Take a deep breath... it will come out... :-)
