Newly installed.....

what do you think guys. My problem is the Dunlop grandtrek TG35 is kind of noisy on the highway. But overall I am 100% happy.

Looks nice, I put Pirelli Scorpion Zero's on mine, look great, handle great, good ride and quieter than most. Just wondering about the wear rate!? [8)]

RE: Newly installed.....

MY Zero's are extremly loud but handles great even in snow! Thinking about upgrading rims and just use the Zero's for the winter.

I totally forgot you did those. My condolences to you and your wife's family. At the risk of asking a rude question she could not have been that old? I'm so sorry. My secretary's best friend just lost her brother. Lived in Florida. Worked out all the time. Went for a walk. Dead of a heart attack at age 47. Unbelieveable.

I remember that I could not meet up with you last summer due to a conflict in my schedule. If there is anyway you can get away for a quick jaunt in my ML [you can drive but you have to pay the speeding ticket!] I'm free Thursday night. Friday I golf, Saturday I'm going to the Sox game but it's not until 6:00. Sunday I have my daughter so that is out. See what you can do. I just PM'd my cell phone number. Feel free to call even if we can't meet.

Yessssss, I really want to hear the roaring sound of your ML43K, but our sked isn't really matching,, but there still have other time.

Yes, my sister in-law wasn't that old, she was 67 and she just retired two years ago.[:(][:(]

It's funny, I found the TG35s quiet until I drove the MLs that had the newer Continentals or the Dunlop SP5000s. I think my main observation was that the ride quality and snow traction with the Continentals was better than the TG35s, especially on ice.

Besides, the common Dunlop SP5000. What other 275/55/17 that is quite in ride, good in the snow. I like the looks of TG35, its kind of "macho-looking" when you look at the side of the tire(the groove thing) especially if you have the 17" Sports Edition rims.
