My wife is telling me that the ML is making squieling noises and that it seems to be coming from the AC. Is that a common problem. I guess I'll take it in to get fixed if I ever get my second key that I ordered. Anyone know how MB is about fixing a problem that's intermittant?

Fixes to intermittant problems are in the hit and miss category.
