I'm still lurking around, still in possession of my 2000 ML320, and still having to put up with the torsion bar squeaks I've paid twice to get fixed. The latest problem I have is a squeaking glove box door that I have discovered to be due to a broken hinge on the door. Just my luck that you have to buy the whole glove box for 2000 and later. The door can be bought seperately for 98 and 99 models. My dealer, that I don't want to support due to the torsion bar issue, wants $144 for the glove box assembly. Anyone got a good source that is cheaper but most importantly, not Skyland Mercedes?
