<a href="http://www.keysolutions.com/M-Class.nsf/" target=new>M Class Outpost</a> is a site run by Ken Yee (aka "Kenyee" here), and has great info, including a great FAQ.
<a href="http://www.whnet.com/4x4/" target=new>Wolfgang's ML Site</a> is packed with great ML information!
Of course, there's the "other" ML forum, but I'm not allowed to talk about that. [;)]

How about if we do away with user-assignable usernames. For the first 30-days you automatically are referred to as Newbie #x. We could even promote people the longer they've been around until they reach the goal of Newbie #1!
