yeah, i've been too lazy for the past month to take some pics, so today i finally did...here are pics of my new JL 12 W6v2 sub and also a pic of the front of my car; i painted the lower grill to silver...do guys think i should paint the black part of the middle grille too? if so, how do i take it off or is it even possible?

nice sub... i had a similar set up with my kicker L7 15 in my ml...but mine was closer to the trunk gate...so i could fold the seat.

its easy to remove the grill and remove the MB-star so you can paint the black area.

just a couple of screwes to loosen the grill. once you have the grill in your hands you will see exactly how to remove the MB-star.

I painted my grill not long ago but left the area in the middle black just to enhance the star.
