It's great that our new moderator, asianml, has heeded our requests and we now have an ML sticky page but it seems that most of the pictures are unviewable or have been removed.
I don't whether the rest of you are having problems viewing the pictures?

The threads I merged together to form this one are very old. I seem to recall an even more recent photo thread for the M-Class, but I can't find it. If anyone is able to find another general "photo gallery" thread, please PM me the link.
I see more links to pics than actual pics. It defeats the purpose completely!!!!!
People, please find out how to post pics - not links to pics. I Use the Preview Post button to preview your post before submitting it. If the pic isn't there (in the preview) it will not show up in the real post. If you don't know how to do it, take a tip from what I do: I use a photo hosting site (photobucket - there are a lot of them on the web, free). I download the pics to photobucket and then bring them here as an IMG. You can also use the IMG option in the menu that shows up when you open a reply or new post window.
For example, here an old pic of my ML.
and a later pic of same truck

Darkmann, this is one part of the "new" forum software that I don't completely understand. Most of the time, attachments that are in .JPG format show up as links, which you then have to click in order to view. Other times, the .JPG attachments will show up normally as a picture. I don't know. Half of the pictures are gone now because they were hosted from an outside source, and if you'll notice, this thread dates back to 2004.

Yep, I did notice after my rant that the post dates back to forever. Obviously using a pic hosting site creates a problem when the site disappears. One way to resolve this is to upload the photos to the benzworld pic site (like we used to do a ton of years ago) and then copy the pic link via IMG or Insert Image into the post. This keeps the pic in Benzworld "forever" and will have the Benzworl stamp on the pic. Maybe there should be a sticky (temporary I hope) about posting pics using the benzworld picture data base.

OK Mr. Romeo, I suppose you didn't want to piss anyone off. But a simple preview of your post would have revealed, even to you that we all don't have access to your C:\ drive. Honest mistake I'm sure but please can you repost so we can all see you beautiful ML? Thanks buddy!
