Raises the sound stage, nicely matchs the MBQuart door panel speakers, and sounds FANTASTIC!
Due to the location chosen, the mounting rings were modified to fit the contour of the sail panels. If applied to the inside panel of the sail panels, they basically would have been firing at each other. This setup is accoustically much better. The crossovers were mounted in the doors.
Combining the MBQuart Door Panel speakers, the MBQ Sail Panel Tweeters, and the full DynaMat treatment described in another thread, the difference is HUGE!!
