I cant take my wheels off it has a wheel lock

i dont have the key but on the front of the service history book it tells me the key number what shall i do?
will mercedes supply me a new key?

If you just bought it, go back to the seller and have them buy you a new key or find the old one.

Pound a socket over it and then remove it. If there are 4 locks, you will need to sacrifice 4 sockets.

if those are the mercedes original wheel locks then the dealer guys probably can open them up for you since they usually have a set of their own in the shop. But then you'll have to buy a set of regular bolts to replace them.

The above is assuming the previous owner runs away.

In the U.S......

You can try calling 1-800-444-5847 with the key number and get a replacement.

But since you live in England, it may not be the right number to call.

yes you can order a replacement from dealer assuming it is the one that comes from mercedes or mcguard almost any other brand are uses same key. if you have no luck getting a replacement key a proffessional tire shop should have a wheel lock removal tool like this one from snap-on
