I cannot seem to get the search feature to work.
I am looking for suggestions for the brand and a supplier for front disc brake pads for my 2000 ML320. Any ideas?

I like the Thermoquiet pads from Wagner. Check Wolfgangs page for more info. I put them f&r on my old Jeep and it now has brakes that STOP. I put them on the front of my sons ml last fall and they seem to be fine, no noise, less dust, good feel. My ml still has the original but I am planning to use them on it when the time comes. Another plus- they run about $50 a set.

Did your front pads come with the sensors as well? I'm curious since my brake pad light is starting to flicker as well; I'll need new rotors and pads all around this time [8)]

Yes they do have a sensor on my front brake and it comes with the kit. I've used OEM on my first set then when I changed my rotor I tried the Mintex and I'm pretty happy with it, that came with sensor as well. Half the price of the OEM[:)][;)]

I am driving the loaner ML350 Inspiration for few days now while my Torsion bars are being worked on again. Man... the extra 500cc in the engine really shines when running up the Sierra Mountains. Just came back from Reno back to Bay Area.

Unfortunately you cannot purchase the front sensors separately from MB. That is what is giving me some pause as far as going with the Porterfields for the fronts.
