They have new revisions for the steering clamp problem. They found that the new clamps were not doing the correct job so they have redesigned ones.
They will replace the ones that they replaced during the recall for the new ones.
If your ML develops a known TSB problem after your warranty expires, you will have to pay for it yourself unless your dealer is one of those with great customer service.
