Check Engine light just doesn't go away....

Changed MAF, reseted the light with an OBDII chip about 3 times now... but every 20-40 miles... CEL will come back...The error code from OBDII said P0170 and P0173 which translate to fuel trim (bank1) and (bank2)... Any expert here can translate or pinpoint exactly what's going on here? thanks

Dumb question, but is your gas cap on tight?
