Click ...ing - Clack...ing noise in cabin. Any clues???

Recently I have been hearing a "click-clack" noise in the cabin whenever I move forward sharper than smoothly. It sounds like a solenoid activating/deactivating on and off - not a continous tick-tick-tick noise. Just a "tick-clack" every so often, depending on vehicle attitide. All seats check well with no play. What can this be. It's extremely annoying, given that part of my job has to do with controlling NVH!!!

The automatic seat belt tensioner may be the culprit
as well as the retractor.

i have a similar noise coming from my passenger side seatbelt, would the dealer do anything about it if under warranty?
