rear clunk noise - Benzworld.org

hi,

just wondering if anybody experienced this. when i make 90degrees turn left or right (like driving into a driveway) i hear a clunk noise in the rear. specially if the driveway is a little bit elevated. the sounds seems coming from the trunk door or rear differential. i brought my truck to the dealer and they replaced my rear shocks. i thought they solved the problem but after 2 days i hear it again. anybody has this problem and solve it?

I had the same problem. They replaced my rear shocks and also lubed/tightened my swaybar.

It no longer happens now.

Same discription that you had:
Torsion bar bearing/adjuster
163-326-00-25 plate (2)
000-989-80-51-10 Paste for BR
163-320-01-73 Torsion bar.

Seems to have fixed it, so far.
