I don't think 30K is out of the question if you really want the car but only if it's perfect with nothing wrong and maybe even a warranty thrown in for 2 years or 24,000miles. It's funny because it says "Only 40K!"

very low mileage cars can be low miles because they won't run.
I had a porche like that once...owned it for 4 months and it spent 12 consecutive weeks in the shop...low miles!
The thing is what are you gonna do with it?
If you're going to keep it as an example of 20 year old state of the art in an air tight tube, yea go ahead and find one like this. If you're gonna drive it get a runner and actually enjoy the car.
$40k...it aint a ferrari.
If you're serious go check it out and then stalk it! There are a few people with the means that desire this car...very few.
I had to win mine 3 times on ebay.

I set up a meet to see the car this saturday. Really hoping the car is in immaculate condition. Honestly if I bought this car id drive it for a week then maintain it from my garage and drive it on occassion. My coupe is my daily driver and with 110,000 miles she still feels brand new.
