Jayare, I subscribed to this amazing forum to make some friends and share some valuable info or experiences, and not enemies or making any controversy, but let me tell you something: I is not a dream for me to buy anything in this world because Thanks God, I have the resources. It is is just a matter of time to find this one or any other car that either you, myself, or anybody else wanted to find because it is out there, just need to be prepared, and I am.
Regarding the second point, I mean the sale of my current car... You are the one who need to be realistic about the fact that you CANNOT stand behind any car or anything else that you don't know, and much the less establishing any price or comparison on something that is not yours, simply because you don't know it.
I cannot say anything about the car listed on craigslist according to what I just said before, but I do stand behind mine the one that I know very well and in which I have spent well above the $16K grants figure since I bought it a couple of years ago to get it to the level it stands today, and as close as perfection as possible... Yet, I have not established any fixed asking price and willing to give some room to negotiate something in the neighborhood of $10K grants to the first serious buyer, and you are "suggesting" that I need to be realistic???
Come one Jayare!!!

Please, focus your efforts in helping me out to accomplish my endeavors, and believe me: I am not mad at you.
PD: Anybody buying my car will be lucky, fortunate, and worries-less for a long, long period of time as I am today..
