Exclamation Mercedes 400 SEL 1993 Transmission Question

Does the transmission of a 1993 400SEL have also a Torque Converter which allows to have the Transmission Fluid to be drained, besides the Transmission Oil Pan ? I know that a 1997 S420 you need to drain the Transmission Fluid from the Torque Converter also, not only from the Transmission Oil Pan, inorder to remove all of the Transmission Fluid. Please Advice.

Dont take my Word for it but i'm pretty sure it has the Drainplug , BUT if i where you i wouldnt do a Complete Trans Flush/Oilchange ,i was reading somewhere that this Transmission's dont like a complete flush only the normal Service part wich is Filter and Oil .
All the Owner's i know of who done the Flush where not happy the way the Automatic changed Gears after the Change , know what you doing ,get as much Information on this as you can before you go ahead and do it .
Try a Search on this Forum there may be something there related to this wich i'am sure of .
