Dash warning light

I haven't driven my car for a couple months and the battery got low so it would not turn over fast enough to start so I plugged in the Battery Tender (a low voltage charger installed at the battery) so after a day it was charged and I started it perfectly but the ASR,BAS and ride control light are all lit when I start it. I put my code reader on it and it says no stored codes. I have to drive it tomorrow and am wondering if these will go away after I drive it a bit - would a low battery cause these to set on even though there are no codes or pending codes stored?

A low battery can cause very strange malfunctions. You need to plug into a star computer and have these codes reset. I would also do a battery load test to see if your battery is still good. It might need replacement.

After your have disconnected the battery (and reconnected), your steering angle sensor
has to be calibrated. Turn steering wheel one full round to each extent, and the lights
will go out.

As soon as I backed out of my garage the lights went out so maybe turning the wheel as I had to do to must have done the trick. Went on a 90 mile trip and car ran perfect with no lights coming on. Thanks to those who answered my post!

You should still do a battery load test. Any AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts store will do it for free.
