Carbon Fiber over wood

I understand that covering nice wood trim with fake carbon fiber is a horrible thing to do but in this case the wood was cracked broken and in general horrid condition. I ordered this dry carbon look (neffy wrap) and got to work....Let me know what you think? Keep in mind the wood was non repairable...

Ill be the first to chime in. Now to be honest i think that its "TOO" sporty for those cars but If its a improvment over the other well done. Ive seen the stuff before never thought about using it like that. You did a nice job applying it! And i dont think that yours in "unfixable" Nothing is unfixable! You did good!

I loved the wood it was just cracked everywhere and would need to be replaced altogether. I think it does come off as a bit too sporty but the cracked up wood was driving me crazy.

Thank you....I thought it was an improvement over the cracked wood myself...It has grown on me a bit over time.

have you thought of tinting the front corners (not headlamps) to match the tinted rear lights?
