Little problem with my W140.. help!

Hello everyone it as been quite some time now since my last post on here jsut been super busy with things. My car has a few minor nick nacks around the car and i was wondering if anyone can help me out. Quite a simple question and i know you guys must have already answered alot of these questions but here it goes. I have 2 problems:

1. All my speakers was working untill 1 day all the let side speaker went out. So i continued driving it the way it was to this day. Now just recently a week ago my radio is making a high pitch nooise but i can faintly hear the radio. I ahve to drive with my radio off so im guessing my amp finally went out completely. But just wanted to ask you guys and get an opinion incase i am wrong.

2. My rear right headrest doesnt want to raise back up when i press up on the button. Before the rear head rest worked fine until recently i tried to move it up. The rear left side goes up but not the right. what can be causing 1 side to work and the other not too?

Radoi sounds like a capacitor problem.. It will be the unit in the trunk.. search the forum for info.. Headrest.. try pulling it all the way out.. then re insert and move it down so the teeth of the drive sytem engage..
