Help! Will this setup work on my 600 SEL?

First problem is will 18x9.5 inch wheels fit ALL the way around?, instead of the 18x9.5 in the rear and 18x8.5 in the front.

My car has 50,000 miles on it, how can you tell it has the rear self leveling system? Reason being is that I have noticed the rear of my vehicle sits lower than the front, does that mean (if it has them) the rear hydraulic shocks are out?

That leads to my second problem, will installing bilstein shocks and H@R springs give me any unwanted suprises?

I'm hoping at least somebody has done this same or similar setup and could tell me more on their results, thanks.
