Hello everybody, Well I finally got my lower wiring harness done to the Alternator and so on. Everything seems to be fine. One thing though, when ever I step on the gas fairly hard my battery light will flash for a second or two then go out. I check the volts and everything looks good. It seem to run fine. Any ideas?/ could it be the Alternator is on it's way out? or the belt is not tight? There is a little play with the belt. How much is to much??? Also what is the amp for our car? 115 or 120amp

One more thing. I'm moving to Fort Lauderdale, FL from Sarasota, FL in two weeks because of work and in need of a Indi MB shop. Anybody in that area that knows anybody good please let me know.

I just went out and popped the hood to see about the belt. For some reason it just makes sense. I can twist the belt so I can see the ribbing on the backside. I also saw that the pulley tensioner is maxed out. Can I just get a new belt and back off the tensioner for now.? A new belt will be smaller so I won't have the need to tighten for a while...
