W140 wave - Page 2 - Benzworld.org

Well about 4 days ago I pulled up to a w140 with the same year color basically the same car exept it was an s320 and mine is an s420 but he had put l.e.d. tail lamps and tinted the windows which is exactly what i want to do! it waz nice to see how it will look. but anyway i waved and moved upon the line, the light turned green and we shot off me being the victor of coarse!

I don't think I will wave other 140 in Hong Kong, you will become very busy to wave other 140 because Hong Kong have too many 140 on the road, for example, last week I drive from the airport to my home, within 30 minutes I meet over 10 times of 140 on the same way+opposite way, it is too terrible, but it is true.

Nice post James, thanks. If you ever visit LA, there are so many benz's that it becomes rather mundane, especially in Beverly Hills...new S550's all over the place, and nobody waves or flashes at anybody...ever. Sad, really.

I rarely see 140's near my home but when I do I usually flash them and they usually flash back or wave. I can't imagine seeing 10 on my way to work, geez.

Dzokayi, you need to trade that lil' 740 in on a big ol' 140, boy. haha.

lot of w140s here, most are chauffeur driven and all the windows are dark or tinted, so no point, flashing is only understood as "slow down - there's cop about"

most 140'ers are in their 60's here, and when they see some one waving, nodding, etc, they often avoid eye contact and lock their doors

thats funny i live near a casino so i see a few a day cause i guess the indians make 120k a year for doing nothing!

LOL snik. I thought of another scenario...I'll flash someone going too slow on the American Autobahn. Usually they jerk over to the right lane but when I fly past they don't wave...they give me the California 'Howdy'....LMAO!

I try not to flash big lights... While in Germany I picked up on using the left turn signal.... Some drivers get-it... The ones on the cell I pass on the right...
