Does the '93 500SEL have lumbar support control? - Benzworld.org

Seating is great in the car, but I would like more lumbar support on the driver seat.Is there a control to inflate lumbar area? I have played around with the door controls, but no luck.

side of the seat near the door. there should be a little knob to roll up and down which will inflate or deflate the lumbar

The knob is located on top of the panel with number 42:

lumbar support is standard in all W140, a little knob beside the front seat
orthopeadic support conf (four buttons around the knob) however, is optional
