I'd put it to you that people in the US don't know anything about high fuel prices. Here we're paying 1.53-1.60 per L depending where you live and soon an extra 10c a litre in our largest centre. However in Europe it's really really high.
yeah i have to agree that most of Americans got no idea about how cheap petrol they've got
i mean we almost hitting S2.00 per liter at the moment.and it will get worse.
heh i think im going to move to USA
and europe is much worse then new zealand.Since im European and ive been to NZ just for over 3 years now there is a big difference.they pay slightly over $2 wich is $1.4 usd...

Yea, it is true about everyone else' gas prices are much higher than the U.S. But I guess it is because us americans have never had this expensive gas.

Put 64.15 litres in on Sunday for 422 k's of driving. Used Premium ULP for, AUD$91 worth at close to $1.50 a litre and the Aussie's at 85 US cents. Equates to US$4.80 a US gallon.
Get used to it, it ain't going to get any cheaper!
The 600 returned about US 15mpg (15L/100k) for a 4 up fully laden trip with 4 bikes on the back (as in bicycles).
