1997 S420 Timing Components

S430 Timing Components

My mechanic says that my timing chain and probably the related compenents (tensioners, idlers, etc.) may need to be replaced as well. He says that there is a special tool that is required to correctly set the timing. Does anyone know what this tool is? What is cost? Or p/n? Is there a substitute? An information would be appreciated.

Well that changes things a little,

000 589 58 43 00
103 589 01 63 00
001 589 72 21 00
There is no description this time.
But by the picture the third number is a torque wrench.
