hello fellow worshippers of the three pointed star...
I'm a w202 lorinser setup and r170 amg setup owner and am throughly enjoying both cars and modding them...
chanced upon a cheap w140 and am contemplating on buying it.
1994 model sunroof, powerseats, white on tan with 44t miles on the clock. not really familiar with these cars but have visions of having a brabus dressed up s320...
any advice on what to look for before I purchase?
any common problems with this model?
any help would be greatly appreciated...

get it. lol. i have a 94 s320 and its a great car. only problems i myself have ever seen with the car is some AC/heat related things where the fans just die. thats all ive got for u, probably not alot lol. i can send u pictures if ud like but idk why thatd be any help haha. i can tell u if ur looking for wheels be sure to check out ASA. i have the ST-4's on mine, and im looking into a set of ST-2's, they're very nice.

well in manila cars are really more expensive than anywhere else with the taxes...the guy's selling it for P750,000, which is roughly $15,000. while most of the same model still fetch around 20 grand or more...I've always loved the way the 140 looks...so bad ass, so strong, and solid. post some pix and make me drool enough to get one haha...
but seriously aesthetics aside, is there any major kink the car has that i should look out for... ie: for my c class i had to check the dreaded rotting wiring harness, and the MAF, and for the SLK, it was the rectractable hardtop I had to look out for...

depending on the shape of the body and internals, i would offer him 500000 to 650000... enjoy driving it as much as i can, keeping in mind that the engine gonna die anytime
actually, considering that its a 600, i would highly doubt the engien is not already rebuilt.
