iv checked ebay and a guy's selling them for about £45.00 inc P&P.

1996_s500, can you do me a favour?

can you take a shot of the car from a distance?
you know, the whole car so i can see both front and rear handles?

They look OK, I was neve a fan of all that chrome on the W140. It makes it look too flashy, like "yea I drive a benz, but in case you didn't see it, here's some chrome to attract your attention" But to each his own....

I agree. This is an example of, 'Mmmmm? what can I next add to my 'S'class?'

Chrome handles look a bit 'tacky'/'bling' for my liking. If not leaving them as the Mercedes designers intended them to look, I would have painted the plastic part body colour. however, if you like that look, stick with it and to hell with everyone's opinion including mine.

Usually I like bone stock original cars (the collector in me, I guess). These chrome door handles, however, look great. They are not at all flashy, and they look like they should have come that way in the first place. Very nice!

But whatever you do, don't add any chrome fender accents![:D]

What's the point of owning a Benz. I'll bet more than 50 percnt of Benz owners got it to see that look on other's faces.

Thanks Friendly Benz. I really like them as well. my car is pretty much stock. Just a few little accessories. I too think they look so good that they should have came stock as well. I really like the look of them.

They are really easy to install, and they really are worth it, cuz they look great.[:)]
