I was wondering what everyone is planning to do when spring comes or summer.
I love to drive and always bought my cars for pleasure rather than need.
One of the best rides I had was going to Montreal then Quebec in June 2004. It was done in a 2003 Honda Civic coupe that belongs to my girlfriend. It was a dependable car so we went with it. Trip through upstate NY is awesome, roads are nice and air is fresh.
Worst trip was drving to Miami ina 88 Lincoln Mark VII, with 300 HP and 5-speed. 3.73 gears made sure the ride was awefull and loud.
I also drove to Montreal in my Mark VIII Lincoln which was one of the memorable drives also, nice fast car that was just too loose past 120 mph.
This year I will travel to Vermont perhaps to ski, in a Benz, and Spring, maybe Montreal, or just Lake George.
So lets hear what you guys are planning.
I know we didnt buy these cars to commute to work everyday for 15 miles. Well I do, but thats not why I bought this whale.

On the 25th I'm driving mine from one end of New Zealand to the other to go back to university. I think the trips about 1800km and I will be taking a ferry between the two islands.
i never really thought about it before but I decided that I must do a trip through Europe.
Driving down to London to get to France would prob be the worst part due to petrol prices and dreaded traffic police but once on the 'other side' I think it would be amazing.
To see the French countryside, Swiss Alps, Austrian crossings, the German Autobahn, the long road straight to Rome. All in the comfort of the S class.
i think it would be memorable. They do a road trip called the Canonball, its amazing.
im seriously thinking of putting all my other holidays on hold until I do this. My uni friends all get a student saver European rail card and travel Europe. Can you imagine doing it in sheer luxury?
