'93 300SE Duo-Valve?

OK, here are the symptoms. Heat only comes out of the passenger side vents. Cold air comes out of the drivers side. I checked the archives and it seem that the usual symptoms of a bad duo-vales is cold air out of the center vents and hot air out of the side vents. What do you think? Where should I be looking?

i have the same its temp control if you look the vent in the middle console in the back it aleays comes out cold and the vents on the floor are hot try closing the vents in the front

I don't think that is my problem. The system worked great a couple of weeks ago. Cold air all around or hot air all around, not of this half and half.
