I bought a rebuilt one from www.germanstar.net
Company called C&M Hydraulics in Las Vegas does the rebuilds. Car is a 1997 S600. I think the cost was $475 for the pump. I charged myself only one beer for the installation.

Labor cost for installation will probably vary tremendously depending on the engine.
