RE: V8 Overheating

Had almost the same problem got a transmissino service at Mercedes dealer and now it's a lot less.
I have read that these transmissions are only for about 140,000 km. Let's hope that's untrue.

RE: V8 Overheating

my trans has been serviced about four months ago with no change to how it acts. Did the filter, drained the converter the whole bit.

on the overheating note, i think i will buy a cool harness and then save my money to replace the VFC. That should keep it undercontrol.... I HOpe

I contacted the fellow selling the cool harness and since I am new to MB I asked him several questions and he got down right nasty and rude...don't know why he was such a jerk but as a Christian, none of my messages were meant to disrespect him....so I continue on with my search for a car that doesn't overheat. I posted in another thread what I have tried so far.
