I wrote this text below to another forum member last month, but never heard if these guys were able to come through for him or not. I still haven't purchased from them yet, but I'm closer to doing so now
If you haven't already, check these guys out: http://www.performanceproducts.com
Specifically, for your center cap query, look here:
I haven't purchased anything from them yet, but I've read elsewhere on this forum that they're decent. I'm saving up to purchase a couple of items for our W140 from them.
The blue logo centre cap a la SLK is my favourite. I have them on my S420.
Finish the look with some air valve caps as well. BUT BEWARE!!! The OEMs you get from the dealership, like the ones I have are good for show alone. They have a poor seal and don't help in retaining leaks. I have not been losing any air, so no problem.

wow, thats a lot of stuff. Post pics when you are done installing everything
The steering wheel emblem is similar to the one on the centrecap, but it is plastic. For safety reasons, I have removed it from the steering wheel to the armrest. It was gotten for me by a friend from Malaysia or Thailand. It is fake, but everybit as good in quality as the OEM on the centrecap. Price $10.
The V8 logo came from, errrr, a Lexus LX470. It's the best V8 logo I could find with a slight Italic and bold appearance. Price $26 each, you'll need 2.
