Stupid question. Just looked at Pete's site. Full of help. Thank you. Just beginning to understand what I'm up against. My brother in law just bought the 95 S600, got it home, took it to the dealer (stealer) for repairs. Needs lots of repairs so here I am.

Brett and other friends know the answer to your question[:)]. It's not a stupid question S600. We've all had our share (or more) of problems with our cars. We put up with it because we love these MB's. It would be in any owners best interest to learn as much as they can about the car, and to do as much maintenance and as many repairs as they can themselves. At least find yourself a good independant MB mechanic. Stay tuned to this Forum, and read as much as you can.
