Fuse #21 located in fuse panel located in the engine compartment near the brake fluid resevoir blows as soon as I start my 1997 S320. Some further information and a few problems that may or may not be related on my 1997 S320 are as follows:
1. Fuse #21 blows every time I start the car. The things listed against that fuse are automatic climate control, outside mirrors, transmission oil cooler and heater wiper. Funny enough I can electrically adjust the outside mirrors with no problem with the fuse blown. I also tried turning off the A/C and then replaced fuse #21 and re-started the car and that fuse still blows as soon as the car is started.
2. There is an extremely loud clicking sound coming from the serpentine belt area near the radiator that lasts for about 3-5 seconds about 15 seconds after my car is started each and every time. The clicking sound start regardless of whether the car is parked or being driver forward or in reverse.
3. The A/C fan is currently only running at one speed which is very low regardless of the settings inside the car. I have not replaced the blower regulator yet which is normally the source of this particular issue because I don't understand the issue with fuse #21 which keeps blowing.
