If you want a good car cover you have to spent some money and don't buy one from your local autoshop.

I have a brand new cover that fits my 1993 400SEL, I'm sure it would also fit your '97. It is made of Technalon 2 which is an Evolution 4 fabric made by Kimberly Clark. If interested let me know and we can go from there.

Here is a link to where I bought mine from . According to them , one company makes almost all the covers and they are sold through different distibutors. I got mine from this site and it the identical one that sold for $50 more at another site. Identical material manufacturer etc . Call them for any questions, to help you decide what thickness you need.

Yes,that is the same like the one from my site,but yours is $50 higher.
I bought mine from a shop here in town and paid the price they have on your site,what is $320
