Pic of my S500 and where is the plug to pull a code?

I've had my '95 S500 for about 2 weeks and am very happy with the purchase. I never leave anything alone so I had a set of 18" wheels/tires waiting when I got back from TX. Also had the windows tinted and installed a Sirius satellite receiver.

Just need to take care of a few small things. The antenna doesn't go up, passenger's side headlight has alittle moisture in it and the check engine light is on so I'll have to pull the code for that. The port to do this is usually under the dash on the driver's side for most vehicles that I deal with. Where does Mercedes put it?

Nice looking ride! The diagnostic connector is under the hood, right side of vehicle (when inside car facing forward). It's under a circular cover. See pic.

T. Byrne:

I think your car photo is great!!! I've made a copy for myself to use as wallpaper on my work PC. Enjoy that beautiful new ride!

[:)]
the antenna on my 95 s320 dosen't go up either, this is normal. It will extend only if you are using a built-in cell phone.
Check the rear window, you will see the AM antenna is embeded in the glass a couple of inches from the edge. The FM antenna is connected to the rear bumper, and uses the whole car as the antenna.
However different years and models have different systems. My car is a September 1995 build, so it follows the 1996 specifications.

Thanks guys! I'll be taking care of these this week. Hopefully the antenna will be a quick fix :)
