Wiring Harness and Shift Lock

I found my wires to the fuel injectors, air flow sensor, ect. were cracking. I replaced the wires until the connectors. Now my car doesn't start. I tested the voltage to the MAF sensor, and other sensors, but the fuel injector connections vary in voltage. I get 11V on both connections of 3 injectors. The other 5 I only get 11V on one connection, the other reads O. Am I doing this right?

I disconnected my Ignition Switch and now I can't remove the key, and my shifter wont come out of park. Any ideas?

RE: Wiring Harness and Shift Lock

I think it's time to take it to the shop... I'd try to keep on playing w/ the key etc but from the sound of things this job is going from bad to worse quite quickly.

1 down, 1 to go

found my trouble. I didn't replace the wires all the way down to the injector plug, which was stripped and providing the wrong values for both wires. Easy fix. Car run great. I was running on 5/8 Injectors before!
Any idea on how to adjust the shift lock that connects to the ignition lock?
