Help!! 1992 Sel 600 idiot lights

Can someone tell me what the different symbols represent on the dashboard? Yes I just got!

I need to find a manual, but in the mean time I'm trying to figure out one particular light that keeps flashing. Ill try to describe the symbol. Its a round yellow circle with dashes on either side of it.

When the mechanic had the car up he said it needed 2 rear shocks. :( any idea whats the cost to replace???
