Wondering if any modifications had to be made in order for that radio to work? Was the stock amp still able to be used? Is there a harness that is available so none of the wires have to be snipped.
very smooth there nat - mines going in for paintwork this coming Sunday to be stripped and redone in obsidian black and have the tinting done all round - can't wait.

I feel these cars have a very unique look and to make the look any better than they are stock standard is quite difficult - however as long as you maintain the original lines of the vehicle and leave with it's over all original elegant design it seems to work ok.
Your car seems to be very 'complicated' and has lost it's 'classic' form which really makes the W140.
I am definitely not here to judge and each to his own though!
basically...perfect. just a bit too low for new jersey roads...er...pot holes haha. i noticed you updated the trunk lid and tail lights...is that a 94? any trouble with trunk fitment? if you don't mind my asking, how much was it for the full black paint, if it didnt come that way
Looks like somethings up with the close assist in your boot too, it's not fitting flush with the body try pulling fuse #3 and #9 I think are the two that can bring it back to operation.
My S500 Limo im from Englnd not Germany the plates are just made to look German, this car has 18" Amg Alloys Factory Tinted windows, the Head Unit is now a Blaupunck Mp56 with 6x9 Speakers housed next to the original speakers on the rear shelf, a sub will appear in the boot in the spare wheel well very soon, it is also getting reverse parking sensors and Clear Led Side Repeater lenses, other small things may be added depends on the cash flow
