Vacume Hose Mixup

I recently purchased a used S280, car works perectly fine with 145,000 KM on the clock. Only problem that I have with the car is that under (even moderate) acceleration, the center air vents close up and air flow is restricted. The side vents are OK. The vent opens up only when I lift my foot off the gas pedal. I believe someone has done an aircon job under the dash and has mixed up the vacume hoses.

Anyone out there exprience similar problems?

Denis.
