This weekend we visited friends who live in Secret Cove on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. The morning after our arrival our friends took us by Ford explorer to see Seymour Narrows, a spectalular narrows, where the tide can reach 20 knots rushing through at tide change. (Kyakers come from all over the world to experience the thrill of riding the narrows.) The road twists as it clings to the coast line. The next eavening as we were leaving to head back to the ferry, a 40 k trip, the wife volunteered to drive, I soon noticed we were traveling 120 kph entering a 80 kph curve, when I mentioned this she said she wanted to 'test' the Mercedes! She said the explorer made her feel car sick on the sharp curves.
The S320 stuck to the road like a sports car. FARFUGNEUGEN
