I know asking for the "ultimate" brake pad is futile, as applications and opinions and a hundred other variables enter the equation. However, I will dare to ask, based on the EXPERIENCE of the available pads, which have provided acceptable STREET performance (at least OEM), but with less dust? (ie. Jurid, Mintex, Pagid, Textar) Does EBC even make Stuff pads for W140's? Those worked well on my last car...
Or am I just stop trying to cheat and clean/wax the alloys more often?
Great question I hope someone has an answer. I have Kevlar pads on the front, on my Porsche they are fantastic cut the soot down by 90% but alas on the Merc they made no difference. I guess that extra ton of load on them is a factor.
