New to the forum.... I have an S320 and the other day the AC started blowing hot air out of the defrost (top) vents while blowing cold out into the rear seats. While trying to troubleshoot it this weekend, the right side started blowing cold and the left hot. The air only blows out of the defrost and two side vents though. Any help would be appreciated. Also at the same time my door locks and parking assist quit working. I've checked the pump and can hear the relay when I try and lock the doors.

Seems all your problems are related to one pressure pump. See previous posts, it's been covered -- for example: http://www.benzworld.org/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=1172504&posts=8&fid=13
Try the fuse reset, first -- 3 minute gap between pulling and putting the fuse back.
