Rattling sound near water /power steering pump..S320 (1995)

hI,
I am getting rattling noise underneath water pump and power steering reservoir when i put the gear in "D"....on moving gear to "P" sound vanishes.
This rattle only starts when the engine is warmed up..approx 80 on the temperature gauge.
Is this the problem with the power steering pump or belt needs to be adjusted????

Two possibles. The rattle is the tensioner dampner shock. The bushings on the ends are worn. The other, the belt is loose. If you cant tighten it, the tensioner is bad. Replace it with the shock.
