Just thought I would update you guys on my car situation. I spoke with my insurance guy today and he said the car is a total loss [:(] Ah well, this sucks. Well, I would like to move on. I have found a couple of new selections that have caught my eye.(I have to have a benz, I'm hooked) I have found a black on black '90 560SEL and a silver '85 500SEC. I would LOVE to have a SEC but how much power should I expect to lose in the difference and have you noticed much difference in the SEC and the SEL other than the obvious???? What's your opinion guys???? I would love your input...
Aside from all the "Check the maintenance" stuff...
...I suggest go with your gut feeling. I have an sel but would love the spirit of an sec - and in Hawaii........Yeah, my vote for you is the sec[:)]
Performance wise though, the 560 is way ahead.
