Please Help - Fuse Box Removal (Also rust trap info)

Whilst starting the winter clean of our cars (Every year, just before winter, and a bit before the end of winter, I give all our cars a very through exterior cleaning to prepare them for the months of rain / snow / salt, etc.

Whilst doing this I noticed an enourmous amount of leaves / sludge under the fuse box, battery tray, and plastic panel that runs from left to right near the wipers, which if left, will cause corrosion as it blocks the internal drains which drain water to the wheel arches.

To clean it all out, I tried to remove the fuse box, but I could not.
Sorry to steal your picture again Twitch, but it is so clean and clear. (Our car is RHD - mirror image the pic, but everything else should be same)

The red arrows are where I removed two external screws that hold the fuse box down. The green arrows point to two phillips screws (inside) that seem to make no difference to anything so far. The blue arrow points to two screws inside which seem to hold down a fusible link.

Can anyone please help me move the fusebox. I do not need to remove it as I only want to clean the crap from underneath it.

I have a R.H.D. vehicle & clean that area between the wind shield & engine compartment often with air pressure or a Vacuum cleaner. Do it often so the leaves don't collect.
I find that the Battery tray was corroded due to the airconditioning suction line insulation damage. This is below the windshield washer plastic container.
Hope this helps.

I use the Kenmore shop vac everynow and then to take care of the leaves. To me, dried leaves are fire hazard IMO. Especially in an older car.

Why didn't I think of that?

Thanks a lots.

Just going to take it to local petrol station for air hose instead. I feel pretty stupid now thinking about how I was going to do it.
